Many Rifleman fans have asked us to lower the price of our official Rifleman season DVDs, so in an effort to reach those fans who otherwise would not be able to enjoy this iconic series, we have developed a price-conscious version of all five seasons, sold in two affordable volumes for each season.
Seasons 1 through 5 are now on sale online here. The sets do not have the premium packaging and disc art or the program booklet familiar to those who purchased the Collector Edition, but together they contain all episodes for each season, and the same Special Features. We hope the no-frills edition of each Value Edition DVD brings The Rifleman to more fans – old and new – in a more affordable manner.

Levy-Gardner-Laven Productions has been notified of many unscrupulous DVD sellers who are trying to rip-off fans of "The Rifleman" by offering illegal, pirated and poor quality copies of the series. For example, we recently learned that an e-Bay seller was illegally offering counterfeit editions of Seasons 1,2, 3 and 4. Please beware of DVD offers that include any of the following:
Claims that "The Rifleman" series is in the public domain.
"The Rifleman" series is NOT in the public domain and is currently protected under U.S. and international Copyright law. Levy-Gardner-Laven Productions is the sole copyright owner of "The Rifleman" series.
Offers to sell "the complete series" or "all 168 episodes" of "The Rifleman."
There has never been an official or legal release of all 168 episodes of "The Rifleman" series. Any products that include all 168 episodes of "The Rifleman" are illegal and pirated copies of the series and are likely poor quality copies recorded from television reruns.
Offers to sell large quantities of "The Rifleman" episodes (i.e. more than 25 episodes in a set).
There has never been an official or legal release of large quantities of "The Rifleman" episodes, except the Official Season 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 DVD boxed sets of "The Rifleman," which were released by Levy-Gardner-Laven Productions in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, and are available on the official website at www.therifleman.net and at our store page at www.amazon.com (on the product page look for "Sold by The Rifleman - North Fork General Merchandise and Fulfilled by Amazon"). The largest legal release of "The Rifleman" episodes previously are MPI Home Videos' boxed DVD sets, which include 20 episodes per set.

While many pirated and illegal versions of "The Rifleman" series do contain official looking packaging and artwork, DVDs that come in paper sleeves are almost always pirated and illegal copies.
